About The Role

As our Asset & Vendor Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Atlas FM’s technology estate is well‑governed, cost‑effective, and fully aligned to the needs of our people and our customers. You will take ownership of the end‑to‑end management of IT assets, licences, and technology vendor relationships, ensuring they operate efficiently, securely, and in line with compliance standards.

You will build and maintain a complete and accurate asset register covering devices, infrastructure, software licences and SaaS subscriptions, ensuring that every asset is tracked, utilised, and managed throughout its lifecycle. Working closely with colleagues across IT, Procurement, Finance, and Security, you’ll implement governance controls, conduct periodic audits, optimise costs, and ensure we always have the right technology available at the right time.
