The Assets Plant Officer optimizes the utilization, tracking and financial performance of all heavy machinery, tower cranes, generators and vehicle fleets within the construction PMV Division. This role manages asset lifecycles from mobilization to disposal, enforcing strict technical compliance, cost controls and optimal site allocation to maximize project profitability.
Key Responsibilities - Asset Allocation & Mobilization Logistics
- Coordinate the timely mobilization and demobilization of heavy plant and machinery across multiple active construction sites.
- Evaluate project resource requests against current PMV inventory layout charts.
- Manage third‑party transport logistics for extra‑legal heavy or oversized equipment movements.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing machinery to document technical conditions and baseline handovers.
