Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry bookkeeping and maintaining financial accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, expense claims, payments, bank statements, and supplier documents.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures and prepare financial reports and documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation for the Accountant or Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and petty cash management.
- Ensure timely compliance with VAT and UAE financial regulations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
13 years in an accounting or finance role (UAE experience preferred).
Skills
- Basic understanding of accounting in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
