Responsible for the Fixed Asset (FA) function, including FA master data maintenance such as capitalisation, disposal, transfers, and write-offs, as well as monthly FA closing, reconciliation, and preparation of related audit schedules
Review Construction-in-Progress (CIP) accounts and manage CapEx requisition projects to ensure proper tracking and timely capitalisation
Ensure compliance with fixed asset accounting policies, procedures, and internal control requirements
Coordinate and conduct the annual fixed asset physical count and address related audit queries
Support grant claim submission and audit
Spare Parts Management
Liaise with Operations team to ensure spare parts inventory movements are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
