SUMMARY

The Assistant Accountant is a member of the Finance Team, reporting to the Financial Controller. He/she will play a key role in the finance team and is responsible for looking after Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and other duties as directed by the Financial Controller for entities within the 3L Alliance Group. The role requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across finance, development, and project teams.

POSITION OBJECTIVES

• Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Prepare fortnightly and monthly payment runs and issuing of invoices to customers. Maintain strong record keeping and reconciliations to support financial integrity.
• GST Reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of BAS reporting for entities within the 3L Group as directed by the Financial Controller.
