We are currently recruiting an Account Receivables (AR) Clerk for our EMEA HQ in Madrid‑Alcobendas. The role is responsible for securing revenue for the business by checking and following up on external agencies from Italy.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Update receivables by checking deposits on Ria’s bank accounts, identifying deposits and record them on the system to update the agents’ account.
• Make collections calls and recover past‑due balances.
• Attend calls of agents wanting to update their account and review their financial situation with the company.
• Suspension of debtors’ accounts if applicable.
• Develop strong customer focus and high‑service level relationships with internal and external clients.
• Transfer file to Collections if the AR clerk has been unable to recover the due amount.

Position Requirements

• Minimum A‑level education; a degree in a financial discipline is an advantage.
