SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Overall to handle patient at counter whether for enquiry or hospitalization.

MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handling patient at counter.
2. Clear explanation to patient/guarantor.
3. Register and key-in patient’s particular.
4. Monitor and checking availability of bed.
5. Collection of deposit for cash paying and insurance patient.
6. Responsibility in handling collection.
7. Close till and collection checking.
8. Checking the completeness on Insurance Claim Form.
9. Documents attachment in the patient’s folder.
10. Completeness of the document.
11. Duty to perform as per instruction.
12. Other Duties.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• SPM with experiences.
• Good communication skill and ability to interact with level of people.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Be able to work in a team.
