Position Overview

            Deliver high-quality instruction in Neonatal nursing. 
Supervise clinical practice in Neonatal Units. 
Design and update course materials aligned with current clinical standards and academic requirements. 
Employ innovative and student-centered teaching methods, including the use of AI tools and e-learning platforms. 
Participate in curriculum development and review processes. 
Ensure safe practice and integration of theory into clinical decision-making. 
Liaise with clinical partners to ensure optimal learning environments. 
Initiate or contribute to research projects in critical care nursing, patient safety, and care quality. 
Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present findings in conferences/seminars. 
Collaborate on interdisciplinary research and secure external research funding if applicable. 
Participate in departmental committees and university governance.
