Position Overview
**Description:**
The **Assistant Beverage Manager** assists the Food & Beverage division in managing all restaurant outlet and banquet bars as successful independent profit centers and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in consistency with Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay and Hyatt Standards.
This role supports the Outlet Managers and Director of Banquet in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining inventory, and achieving financial targets. The **Assistant Beverage Manager's** goal is to enhance guest satisfaction through excellent service, manage staff effectively, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Collaborate with Outlet Managers and the Director of Banquets to curate seasonal cocktail menus
