The candidate will work as a member of the BIM team.
Responsible for the overall development and delivery of the Building Information Model.
Monitors compliance with BIM execution plans and coordinate file management procedures and protocols for the BIM Model.
Coordinating with the project teams.
Managing and review third‑party BIM submission and performance.
Proficiency and with an in-depth working knowledge of BIM using Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structural works.
Knowledgeable and familiar with the local authority requirements.
Creates different disciplines/ trades geometrical and data content to digital models (AR/ ST/ MEP/ Underground System/ Prefab/ Earthwork Simulation/ Mock‑up/ Showroom); data content includes construction process and resources information. Other content includes building phasing construction based on Project master programme.
