Responsibilities

• The candidate will work as a supervisor of the BIM team.
• Responsible for the overall development and delivery of the Building Information Model.
• Monitors compliance with BIM execution plans and coordinate file management procedures and protocols for the BIM Model.
• Coordinating with the project teams.
• Managing and review third‑party BIM submission and performance.
• Proficiency and with an in-depth working knowledge of BIM using Autodesk Revit Architecture/Structural works.
• Knowledgeable and familiar with the local authority requirements.
• Creates different disciplines/ trades geometrical and data content to digital models (AR/ ST/ MEP/ Underground System/ Prefab/ Earthwork Simulation/ Mock‑up/ Showroom); data content includes construction process and resources information. Other content includes building phasing construction based on Project master programme.
