Key Responsibilities Ensuring all operational processes and procedures are strictly followed Maintain good customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction Ensuring that the scrap metal is purchased at the correct grade Ensuring records are updated and reconciled accurately for all items purchased and dispatched Ensuring Company policies and procedures, and health & safety regulations are adhered to Lead and supervise a team in order to achieve operational requirements Motivating staff on a continuous basis Ensuring that assistants thoroughly inspect scrap to be purchased Ensuring that the requirements of the Second-hand Goods Act are complied with when buying scrap by accurately recording all information required under the Act Following clear and reasonable instructions from managers #J-18808-Ljbffr
