Assistant Branch Manager
Basic salary: £28,000 – £30,000
OTE: £60,000 – £65,000 +

Our client, a successful and growing estate agency, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join their busy residential sales team.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the branch, generate new business, carry out valuations and viewings, negotiate offers, and help drive overall branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new property instructions
Conduct valuations and property viewings
Negotiate sales and progress transactions
Support and motivate the sales team
Deliver excellent customer service
Assist the Branch Manager in achieving targets
Requirements

Previous estate agency sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Full UK driving licence
