Be responsible for P&L and budgets for own brands.

Specific Accountabillity
Numerical Objective:
Achievement and accountability for individual brand targets – up to profit contribution level for each brand.
Tracking of sales on monthly basis by brand. Key reports include retail & wholesale sales analysis by brand, by channel and contribution (%) by sku.
Marketing:
Develop brand specific marketing calendar.
Conceptualize, plan, and ensure timely implementation of launches, promotions and brand
specific animations, consumer events.
