Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement activities.
  • Source suppliers, obtain RFQs, and negotiate pricing.
  • Execute MRP-based purchasing and manage POs.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor inventory and support production planning.
  • Liaise with logistics for shipment and customs.
  • Maintain purchasing documentation and vendor records.
  • Perform BOM analysis and support cost reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare procurement reports and handle ad hoc duties.
Job Requirements
  • Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in supply chain, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Meticulous approach is required.
