About the role

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, we are looking for an Assistant Care Manager for this full time, permanent position. You will be responsible for supporting the Nurse Manager and leading the clinical team ensuring clinical excellence is at the forefront of everything we do. Based in Tauranga, The Avenues has a stunning Care facility and a fabulous team environment.

Standard days of work are Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm = 40hrs week.

You will also need to be flexible to cover RN shifts as required and be available to share the On Call alternative weekends.
