As an Assistant Centre Director, you take full responsibility for your centre and run it as your own growing business — leading the team to strong revenue growth, full enrolments, and an outstanding experience for every family. This is a sales-driven leadership role: you turn enquiries into enrolments, build a steady local pipeline of trials, champion the Aureus programme, and develop a high-performing team, all in line with Aureus's standards and long-term vision.
