Key Roles & Responsibilities: Operational & Educational Management: - Handle walk‑in enquiries and convert new leads into enrolled students.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parent and student enquiries regarding services, schedules, and progress.
- Liaise effectively with parents regarding any schedule changes or student updates.
- Plan and execute engaging student activities and post‑exam programs.
- Ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the centre.
- Deliver high‑quality, dynamic lessons based on the renowned S.A.M curriculum and pedagogy.
- Develop lesson materials and provide constructive feedback to students and parents to ensure visible academic improvement.
- Engage and motivate students to help them realize their full potential.
