**Position Summary**

Under direct supervision, assists in preparing all necessary foods required for lunch, dinner and banquet service

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Ensures the proper set up and maintenance of prep area stations assigned to.
+ Labels, rotates and stores food products prepared.
+ Troubleshoots customer service or food preparation issues and escalates as needed.
