About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Chief Concierge to join the resort’s Concierge team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist the Chief Concierge in overseeing daily concierge operations.
- Supervise and mentor concierge staff, ensuring consistent service excellence.
- Handle complex guest requests, including transportation, reservations, and special arrangements.
- Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, restaurants, and service providers.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between guests and internal departments.
