Club Med operates nearly 70 resorts worldwide. We are looking for a dependable, creative, and rigorous Assistant Chief Executive to support our culinary team and enhance guest experiences across our Premium All Inclusive offerings.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head chef and step into their role when absent.
- Supervise a kitchen team of 20 to 60 cooks in setting up and replenishing buffets serving 600 to 1,000 covers per service.
- Partner with the Head Chef and Stock & Supply Manager to manage orders and stock within the allocated budget.
- Ensure quality of service, compliance with health and safety regulations, and upkeep of the property.
- Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives and support their development.
- Analyze results and suggest improvements for budget and services.
