South Savo Wellbeing Services Eloisa is seeking an assistant chief physician for the pulmonology unit in Mikkeli starting from September 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Eloisa provides social and health care services as well as rescue services within the region of South Savo, covering 11 municipalities with a population of approximately 130,000. The wellbeing area has a pulmonology outpatient clinic in Mikkeli and Savonlinna. Specialists in pulmonology also treat patients on inpatient wards. There is no on‑call service specific to the specialty.

Duties

The assistant chief physician’s duties include working as a specialist doctor in outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as medical and administrative leadership.

Salary and Benefits
