This is a newly created role working within the Secretariat of a FTSE 100. The team are led by a super talentedpany Secretary who will inspire and lead from the front. The role will epass all PLC work from working on the annual report, preparing for the AGM, RNS announcements, subsidiary work as well as ongoing project work.
If you are CGI qualified and have relevant PLC experience and are able tomute to the Luton area then this is the role for you. We will also look at CGI qualified candidates with transferable experience from working in a different sector (FS, Insurance, Prof Services).
