Responsible for planning and managing capabilities related to computing network, computing services, support, security, cutting-edge technologies, and cloud resources.Monitor domestic and international technical developments in the field, study and establish the company's technical systems, standards, and solutions, guiding the evolution of the company's networks.Coordinate the planning of network resource allocation, organize the preparation of medium- to long-term development plans and annual investment plans for the area of expertise, and track the implementation and execution analysis of these plans.Develop guidelines for network development in the field, organize feasibility studies and project initiation documents, and oversee the formulation of relevant project construction plans and post-evaluation.Conduct research on the implementation of new techn...
