Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is looking for an Assistant Concierge Manager to join our Concierge team.

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore within the Concierge Department, the Assistant Concierge Manager is responsible for playing a vital role in providing exceptional services to guests, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction. The Assistant Concierge Manager reports to the Concierge Manager.

• Responsible for the efficiency of Concierge Team which includes Porter and Transportation Services.
• Handles guests’ queries/complaints related to Rooms in a prompt and efficient manner, informing the Hotel Duty Manager when necessary.
