Position Overview



  • 2-4 years of experience in ground-up construction working for a General Contractor or Engineering firm

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

  • Solid understanding of ground-up construction processes and building systems

  • Experience with residential or commercial projects

  • Working knowledge of structural systems, facades, and interior construction

  • Proficiency in CAD programs (AutoCAD, Revit, Blue Beam) for markups and coordination

  • Exposure to BIM coordination

  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn NYC codes, regulations, and DOB proc

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
