Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Assist in the administration and management of main contracts and subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle. 
Prepare, review and administer subcontract agreements, purchase orders and contract documentation. 
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and participate in procurement and tender evaluation exercises. 
Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts. 
Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow to ensure commercial objectives are achieved. 
Assist in the assessment and negotiation of contractual claims, extensions of time and dispute resolution matters. 
Review contractual correspondence and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. 
Coordinate with project teams, consultants and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters. 
Prepare monthly commercial reports, cost forecasts and management reports.
