Position Summary
The Assistant Controller serves as the Controller’s second-in-command and leads the daily accounting operation across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and driver settlements. This role provides hands-on leadership, reviews accounting work, coordinates the month-end close, strengthens internal controls, and resolves routine accounting and employee escalations. The Assistant Controller supports accurate and timely multi-entity financial reporting while allowing the Controller to focus on higher-level financial oversight, audit and tax coordination, cash management, and partnership with the CFO and ownership team.
