**What You’ll Do**

+ Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team
+ Manage daily accounting operations and month-end close
+ Prepare financial statements, budgets, and shareholder reports
+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and accounting best practices
+ Review fixed assets, sales tax filings, and inventory reconciliations
