Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Controller to join a growing finance team within a project-based professional services environment in North York. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role will play a key part in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting financial reporting, and leading a team of accounting professionals.

This position is ideal for a hands‑on accounting leader who enjoys mentoring others, driving process improvements, and contributing to the strategic growth of an organization.

Salary: $95,000 – $115,000
