Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Team & People Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts
    • Allocate tasks, review work quality, and provide guidance on best practices
    • Build a high‑performing analytics team with a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Work closely with key stakeholders from retail, merchandising, e‑commerce, finance, supply chain, and IT
    • Translate business questions into analytical projects and ensure timely delivery of insights
    • Facilitate communication between business users and the analytics team to ensure alignment and adoption
