What You Will Do
Develop an understanding of the On 34th brand DNA and build skills in researching competitor markets, trends, and customer preferences. Assist the Design Team in aligning with the Private Brand direction by incorporating materials, trims, silhouettes, colors, and patterns across RTW woven categories (woven tops, dresses, non-denim bottoms/skirts, jackets/outerwear).
