What The Role Is You oversee the transformation efforts of the Air Manpower Organisation (AMPO), driving structural and process changes to strengthen Human Resource (HR) capabilities across the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF).
What You Will Be Working On - Develop, implement, and refine HR entities' terms of reference, structures, and processes
- Plan personnel and office space requirements across all RSAF air bases, camps, and headquarters
- Plan and execute communications and engagement efforts for HR practitioners and the broader RSAF
- Incorporate and implement adjustments to the Air Manpower Organisation structures during implementation, and lead post-implementation reviews
