What the role is: You lead the development and implementation of policies and strategies to encourage volunteerism for defence, as part of the broader efforts to enhance commitment to defence (C2D) and commitment to Singapore (C2S).
What you will be working on: - Develop and implement comprehensive policies and strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners from Private, Public and People (3P) sectors to support engagement efforts
- Lead engagement programmes with stakeholders
- Work closely with 3P sectors on Whole-of-Government (WOG) policies
- Keep key stakeholders engaged so that they continue to be advocates for the security and success of SingaporeChallenge(s)
- Sustaining interest and confidence in the near-term whilst ensuring the long-term strategic goals of the work plan are not compromised
