Position Overview

What the role is:

The successful applicant will join the Event Management (EM) team and contribute to the planning and delivery of ASEAN meetings in 2027, as well as other MAS-hosted meetings, conferences, official visits and high‑level engagements.

What you will be working on:

This role covers the end‑to‑end planning, coordination and execution of regional and international meetings, with a primary focus on logistical, administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include coordinating meeting schedules and requirements, liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners, managing venue and on‑site arrangements, supporting procurement and vendor coordination, facilitating claims processing and payments, preparing administrative submissions and documentation, and ensuring the smooth delivery of meeting‑related services.
