This position focuses on identifying and analyzing trends, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), resolving payor-related issues, and providing actionable insights to improve financial outcomes. This role also involves supporting proactive problem-solving and aligning workflows with operational data. Reporting directly to the Chair of Radiology and the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, the Assistant Director plays a critical role in driving analytic innovation and offering strategic recommendations to enhance department performance.
