What the role is:

Lead a team of officers to establish and implement governance policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure effective management and oversight of grants within MOM.

What you will be working on:

• Drive the development, implementation, and review of MOM’s grants governance policies, procedures, and frameworks, including guidelines for grant application, disbursement, monitoring, and evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices among practitioners.
• Act as a critical resource person to update stakeholders such as management and officers handling grant schemes on changes in any grants governance policies and regulations, ensuring grant management processes remain relevant and effective in response to changes.
