What the role is: You drive the development, integration and application of Human Resource (HR) systems, people data requirements and HR processes for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).
What you will be working on: - Ensure DIS Personnel Management Centre's needs are incorporated into design and development of new HR systems
- Facilitate HR migration activities including on-boarding new/changed HR systems and applications
- Manage stakeholders and integrate HR data from old to new systems
- Provide timely treatment of data in support of various HR functions such as Performance Management, Promotion, Remuneration, Posting/Succession Plans, Awards, Exit Management, Change of Vocation
- Ensure HR data governance and access rights management
- Monitor team's efficiency and effectiveness
