Assistant Director, Human Resources (Permanent, Full time)

The Kativik Regional Government (KRG), a supra municipal body with jurisdiction over the territory located north of the 55th parallel, is now looking for a self‑motivated and dynamic individual interested in joining the KRG.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Assistant Director is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day‑to‑day activities of the human resources team. The Assistant Director will lead and support the human resources team in their recruitment initiatives as well as their duties and in the areas of benefits management and payroll, and labour and employee relations.
