FULLTIME ADOC POSITION AVAILABLE

Candidates are invited to apply for the full‑time position of Assistant Director of Care (ADOC) at Extendicare Tuxedo Villa, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Reporting to the Director of Care (DOC), the ADOC is accountable for assisting with the management of all aspects of nursing care within the facility, ensuring quality resident care through the effective and efficient delivery of established standards within legislative and budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assists the DOC in the implementation and evaluation of the nursing department quality improvement initiatives, risk management systems including review of RL6 information, data collection and analysis, report writing, procedural updates, and quality initiatives.
