Job Summary You will provide strategic leadership and oversight for key initiatives aligned to cluster-level and hospital-wide priorities. The role focuses on translating strategic intent into coherent programmes of work, ensuring alignment across clinical and operational domains and driving the works to achieve set targets. You will steward the end-to-end progression of major initiatives – from conceptualisation to implementation. You will be responsible for integrating diverse stakeholder perspectives, coordinating across workstreams, and ensuring that initiatives maintain continuity and enable impactful, system-level outcomes.
