We are partnering with a
Japan-headquartered private equity investment platform
with a strong track record in buyout investments and value creation across mid-market businesses. As part of its Southeast Asia expansion, the firm is establishing its Singapore platform and launching a new fund.
This is a
high-impact, build-stage role
where you will take ownership of finance and fund operations from the ground up — working closely with senior leadership in Singapore and headquarters.
The Opportunity This is not a typical accounting role. You will be the
key finance and operations lead in Singapore , responsible for setting up and running the financial and fund infrastructure — from pre-launch setup to full operational execution post-launch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
lean, hands-on environment
and enjoys building processes from scratch.
