What the role is: You are responsible for overseeing all virtual simulation matters for the Army and managing administrative affairs within the unit.
What you will be working on: - Manage operational contracts to ensure systems are always available for training needs
- Manage daily operations, maintenance, and system performance to ensure high availability and reliability
- Oversee service providers to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, timely issue resolution, and continuous system improvements
- Work closely with training units to align systems with training objectives, enhance utilisation, and support user competency
- Plan upgrades, manage obsolescence, and introduce new simulation technologies to enhance training realism and effectiveness
