**JOB SUMMARY**

+ The Assistant Division Finance Controller will support the financial operations of the business unit, ensuring accurate financial reporting, analysis, and strategic planning.
+ Partnership with commercial team to support strategy implementation, business growth and profitability; ensuring sustainability of financial processes, policies, and procedures comply with company’s regulations and practices.
+ Provide analytical support in ad-hoc business acceleration projects.
+ This role is crucial for developing brand profitability and territory profitability analysis, contributing to the overall financial health and growth of the cluster.
