Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and systems faults across all vehicle subsystems both on-site and in workshop — includes power systems, motor drives, data connectivity, sensors, electronics, and mechanical chassis.
Conduct repair of vehicle systems: covering disassembly and replacement or rework of affected parts, such as pressure hulls, thrusters, PCB rework, wire harnesses, etc.
Verify all repaired assemblies through thorough functional and environmental testing, and sea trial, before redeployment.
Identify and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on recurring faults and failures; document findings and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Provide on-call technical support to field operators, including remote triage and step-by-step guidance for in-field issues.
