Responsibilities:
Collection and consolidation of production data. Prepare Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Production Report. Provide engineering support to ensure smooth mass production flow. Perform failure and root cause analysis and provide corrective and preventive actions to resolve product related problems. Analysis of production data for productivity improvement. Conduct continuous product and process quality improvement projects to achieve higher production yield. Analyse production defects and prepares 8-D report. Assist the Manager to make process improvement to achieve higher production yield. Achieve Zero Defect. Requirements: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electrical/ Electromechanical) with at least 2 years of maintenance/ engineering support exposure in a manufacturing environment. Required skill(s): SPC
