Job Summary The Assistant Engineer will support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, with a strong focus on ensuring alignment between documented procedures and actual yard operations.
Key Responsibilities - Department Alignment & Coordination (Primary Function)
- Work closely with all departments across the yard to ensure daily operations align with approved procedures
- Act as the bridge between QMS requirements and ground execution
- Identify and resolve gaps between documented processes and actual practices
- Drive consistency and standardisation across departments
- Process Review & Improvement
- Review and update departmental procedures and workflows
