Responsibilities - Support and maintain systems, ensuring they remain operational
- Report to the Team Lead/Service Delivery Manager and meet SLA and KPI targets set by the maintenance contract
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic work environment
- Perform routine preventive maintenance following standard procedures
- Carry out corrective maintenance, troubleshooting faults, diagnosing issues, and replacing equipment, modules, or components at sites or in the workshop
- Liaise with procurement and equipment vendors
- Provide 24/7 off‑site standby for fault activation after office hours
