SUMMARY OF THE ROLE MOHH Healthcare Manpower Division (HMD) is responsible for clinical manpower and workforce planning for Singapore's Public Healthcare Institutions (PHIs). The candidate can expect to be part of an experienced and dynamic team tasked with administering manpower allocation / promotion exercises and supporting the career development of front-line Healthcare Professionals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Onboarding, Manpower Planning, Management and Operations - Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle of MOHH’s House Officers (HO), including the planning of national posting exercises, manpower allocation, and other onboarding processes as needed.
- Liaise with regulatory authority (SMC / TCMPB) to ensure timely application, issuance and renewal of practising licenses.
