Job Objectives
To be able to evaluate, inspect, maintain, repair, analyze and improve various types of facilities equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment.
To provide engineering support in upgrading and setting up new equipment capabilities required by Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement of facilities equipment key performance indicators such as % availability, mean time to repair (MTTR) and mean time between failure (MTBF).
Provide technical assistance in installation and maintenance of company facilities equipment.
Document maintenance procedures and processes.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support audit functions.
Perform facilities equipment upgrades as per Fab requirements.
Analyze facilities equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actions.
Develop improvements to enhance facilities equipment reliability and scalability.
